Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Ukhanya Resort & Spa, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business.
Accommodation Bookings
* Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.
* Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
* Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
* No-shows and early departures are not eligible for a refund.
Spa Bookings
* Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
* Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
* Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
